Increased competition amongst catering service suppliers, a move towards zero-subsidy facilities has forced the development of new ideas and concepts in the staff restaurant. The brief was to develop branding and promotional support materials for nine separate themed food concepts for use in food halls. Sales support folders help the sales team to recreate the atmosphere of the brand in front of the prospect. The themed food kiosks now replace many of the traditional staff restaurant serveries, offering a variety of food concepts within a single and attractive dining area.
